If you book your accommodation at Booking.com through Viajar * Clix and register your reservation in our database, you can earn 100 percent of the cost of your stay. What do you need to do? It's quite simple:

Register as a user of Viajar * Clix
This step is required in order for you to be able to register your reservations and for us to be able to contact you, in case you win. If you are not registered yet, you can do it here.

Make a reservation at Booking.com through Viajar * Clix
To qualify for the Fidelity Prize, your reservation must originate in Viajar * Clix.
To be sure that your reservation is valid, follow any of the links to Booking.com available in our pages, except in the areas marked as advertising.

Register your reservation
After making your reservation at Booking.com, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the reservation number and the check-in and check-out dates.
Between the reservation date and the check-out date, you must register your reservation in our database.
To do that, go to your personal page and follow the instructions.
You will not be able to register a reservation after the check-out date.

Wait for the draw
The prizes will be decided by the draws of Lotaria Popular da Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Lisboa, which happen every thursday.
Reservations with a check-out date between each monday and the following sunday are eligible to the following thursday's draw.

First prize
If the last three digits of the first prize are the same as the last three digits of your reservation number, we will pay you 100 percent of the cost of your stay (lodging and breakfast), provided you send us a copy of your receipt.

Second prize
If the last three digits of the second prize are the same as the last three digits of your reservation number, we will pay you 50 percent of the cost of your stay (lodging and breakfast), provided you send us a copy of your receipt.

Third prize
If the last three digits of the third prize are the same as the last three digits of your reservation number, we will pay you 25 percent of the cost of your stay (lodging and breakfast), provided you send us a copy of your receipt.

Payments
All payments will be made by one of two methods:
a) by electronic bank transfer to your NIB (in case you have an account in Portugal) or IBAN (in case you don't have an account in Portugal but you have one in another participating country). If you don't know the NIB or IBAN of your account, ask your bank.
b) by Paypal (check if the service is available in your country).
If you can't or you don't want to receive your payment by any of these methods, then you should not participate in this offer.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Are the reservations made through Viajar * Clix more expensive than those made directly at Booking.com?
No. All the conditions of the reservations made at Booking.com through Viajar * Clix are exactly the same as those of the reservations made directly at Booking.com.
The only difference is that if you make your reservation through Viajar * Clix you may win the cost of your stay and other prizes which, combined, represent an average discount of 1,75%.

Can I register reservations made for other people?
Yes. The beneficiary of each prize is the person who registered the reservation made at Booking.com through Viajar * Clix, even if it was made on behalf of someone else.
To be able to receive your prize, you will have to send us a copy of the bill paid at the hotel.
If you want to register reservations you make for friends or family, make sure you have access to the bill, if needed.

May I register reservations for hotels outside of Portugal?
Yes. You may register reservations made at Booking.com through Viajar * Clix for hotels anywhere in the world.

May I register reservations despite living outside of Portugal?
Yes. You may register reservations made at Booking.com through Viajar * Clix, regardless of your nationality or location.

To increase the chances of winning a prize, should I make a one-week reservation or seven one-night reservations?
You would have seven times more chances of winning, but you will receive seven times less. Depends on your faith in your luck!

Why do you want to know the user's location?
To be able to post on our pages the identity of the winners without violating their privacy.
This way, we can write that a user from Lisbon (Portugal) received a prize of 1000 euros, without revealing further details.

How can I be sure that the prizes will be paid?
This is a public page and states a commitment.
The draws of Lotaria Popular da Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Lisboa are also a public act (the results can be seen here).
If we didn't abide by our commitments, we would be violating the law, with the applicable legal consequences.
